LATEST AND WORKING YOUR-FREEDOM SETTINGS

For those who don’t know, your–freedom is back and working steadily without interruptions and does not require VPN whatsoever to remain connected. So whether you are using MTN NG, MTN Ghana, ZAIN, GLO, ETISALAT, MULTILINKS, etc YOUR-FREEDOM will rock you. Here, I won't talk too much or waste anybodies time rather I will just go straight to the point and say the little words that I have for you so read very carefully and understand me so you can start browsing the internet immediately. So after seeing the latest your-freedom working settings and you don't know what to do, go to the forum and post your problem and I assure you that it will be taken. Follow these two easy steps to get you started:
STEP 1

Download pc suite of your phone or you can get it at phone repairers for n150-n200. Install the pc suite in your computer, by pressing next up to 6 times and finish just like an ordinary installation. Or you can install NOKIA pc suite from a cd-rom if your phone’s sales package contains one.

Open Nokia pc suite on your desktop

When it opens, please do not CLICK on GET CONNECTED
When the window opens, CLICK NEXT

Then choose the type of connection you want to use in connecting your phone to the computer (either cable, infrared or Bluetooth) and click next
NOTE: Cable connects best


Then allow the pc suite to search for your phone (if you are using Bluetooth, do on the Bluetooth of your phone but if you are using USB cable make sure that it is installed in your computer.)

WHEN THE SEARCH IS COMPLETED CLICK ON YOUR PHONE NAME AND THEN CLICK

NEXT

When this is done click on your phone name again and click FINISH


THEN IT IS FINISHED YOU NOW GO TO CONFIGURE YOUR PC SUITE

CLICK ON CONNECT TO INTERNET


When the one touch access window appears click on SETTINGS, then choose your phone and click NEXT
Choose from the options that will be given, STANDARD MODEM OVER BLUETOOTH should be there by now, so just go to NEXT
You will see SELECT NETWORK OPERATOR CLICK AUTOMATIC, there you should see MTN NIGERIA NIGERIA, If you don’t, then go back and click CONFIGURE MANUALLY


THEN CONFIGURE LIKE THIS:

ACCESS POINT: web.mtnnigeria.net

USERNAME: web

PASSWORD: web


THEN CLICK FINISH

GO TO THE ONE TOUCH ACCESS POINT AND CLICK CONNECT

STEP 2
NOW HERE COMES YOUR CLIENT CONFIGURATION,
YOUR-FREEDOM CLIENT CONFIGURATION

GOTO www.your-freedom.net to download the software [IT IS FREE]

I am not providing this software to you because you need to have an account with them.

WHAT TO DO WHEN THE HOMEPAGE OPENS


Go to the top right of the page below the login icon click REGISTER
After registration go to your MAIL INBOX and verify the registration.
After verification login to your account then on the top, click on the download button.
When the download table appears, please go to the second row of the table click DOWNLOAD [DE]. Then save the software in your flash or desktop.


INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION OF YOUR- FREEDOM CLIENT


After downloading, do install the software by clicking next and
Finish the installation, like any ordinary software.
Now after installation you configure this way;
When the freedom client is launched please ignore the first page that appears by clicking cancel or ignore as the case may be.

When you see this window please click on the STOP CONNECTION button which is located at the center, then click on CONFIGURE

CONNECTION MODE: HTTP

CHECK
a) Automatically switch over
b) Automatically connect on startup
c) Reconnect after server shutdown

ON THE RIGHT
Minimum buffer size: 15000
Reconnection delay: 5000
Initial POST size: 200000000
Minimum POST size: 200000
FTP Mode: both

CLICK PROXY SETTINGS
PROXY ADDRESS: 83.170.113.147
PROXY PORT: 8080

CLICK ACCOUNT INFORMATION; input your USERNAME and PASSWORD which you use to register on YOUR FREEDOM

Click on ports and fill the space. Tick the SOCKS 4/5 PORT AND WEB PROXY PORT and make sure that the numbers in them is 1080 and 8080 respectively.

THEN CLICK SAVE AND EXIT


After this, CLICK ON MESSAGE BUTTON set your minimum level message on the top right hand of the window to debug, then go to the top left and mark AUTO SCROLL.

Then click on APPLICATIONS and mark the applications you want to use.

*** IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU NOTE THAT NOT ALL YOUR WEB BROWSERS WILL APPEAR ON THE DROP DOWN MENU OF [APPLICATIONS], BUT WHEN THIS HAPPENS, DON’T PANIC JUST MARK THE ONE THAT APPEAR ON THE MENU. BECAUSE ME I DON’T EVEN USE MICROSOFT IE FOR BROWSING; I USE MOZILLA FIREFOX, NETSCAPE NAVIGATOR, OPERA, THE WORLD BROWSER, CRAZY BROWSER, 550 ACCESS, FLOCK, AVANT BROWSER, MAXTHON BROWSER, ENIGMA BROWSER AND MANY OTHERS…

HOW TO CONFIGURE YOUR WEB BROWSERS TO BE FAST

IN THIS I PREFER USING Mozilla Firefox and Netscape navigator to browse the internet because there are very fast.
